WEB DESIGN

Website design is highly subjective in nature and when it comes to subjective things, I rely on my senses to a great extent when deciding whether I like a certain visual design compared to another. During your web design project, I follow a methodical approach that requires your ongoing involvement and feedback in order to create the best web presense for you.

Development Protocol

1. Evaluation & Analysis - In our first meeting I will take the time to assess your business's goals and needs. After we have generated a list of site expectations we will then priorities that list in order of importance. Competitor websites will also be visited and examined for helpful hints and possible provisions.

2. Content Provision - I will supply you with a content generation worksheet that enables you to start working on the content for your website. Online research, articles, and more information will be gathered for input along with your revision for approved content.

3. Sample Template Creation - I will create at least 3 design templates consisting of a home page design and a sub page design and present them to you for your feedback.

4. Design Selection & Iterations - Once your feedback is received, I will then incorporate your ideas and suggestions into the design. This process can be repeated several times until all feedback has been incorporated to your liking.

5. Final Template & Design Approval - By this stage of the process your final template would be derived of a combination of favored characteristics from all the previously reviewed templates along with your continuous feedback and revisions implemented. Once a final template of the home page and one sub page is agreed upon, I develop the remaining pages and present them to you for further evaluation. This process can repeat until the desired design is achieved.

7. Submission to Search Engines - All websites created or redesigned (if not previously submitted) are submitted to the top 40 search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, ASK...) for no additional cost.
